This cuvee is 100% Pinot, made from the finest in Hautvilliers- the integral source of much Dom Perignon.

Nathalie Geoffroy is one of the new superstars on the chablis scene. One would be tempted to say a "feminine wne"...and it is, if you only think of its grace and elegance. But this cuvee goes much further: a fresh, fruity nose complemented by a palette of citrus, green apples, pears, delicate honey and mineral notes going round ad round in the mouth. "Purity in a bottle", says the Guide Hachette des Vins.
A gentle plum nose leads to big meaty Merlot flavours on the palate. 40% Cabernet Sauvignon brings cassis and black fruits to the party. A wine with pedigree at a modest price!
A lovely herbaceous nose followed by marvellous Sauvignon Blanc content with flamboyant gooseberries and asparagus, fleshed out with the breadth and depth of Semillon.
