A unique style of bone dry, pure and racy tangy wine from the Melon de Bourgogne grape. A marvellous accompaniment to our seafood dishes. There is a lot of Muscadet around (Muscadet produces more wine than the whole Loire region) some terrible, but there is also a wealth of delicious stuff. This is one of the very best!
